Whilst I have always preferred to create my own sites instead of buying them, there’s a huge market in buying and then selling low priced websites for profit.
Amazon affiliate websites in particular are huge sellers on Flippa.com and can often get 20+ months profit in one lump sum when sold.
So if you have a spare few hundred dollars that you’d like to invest, go check out Flippa.com and find a website that is making a small amount of money. Once you buy it, you can then look at increasing traffic and earnings and then flip it back on Flippa.com for profit.
It’s a lot less risk than flipping houses 🙂
